Hybrid Superior 9mm Flooring

The Hybrid Superior 9mm Flooring range combines natural timber-inspired colours with durable hybrid construction, making it a practical choice for busy family homes, investment properties, renovations and selected commercial projects.

Each board measures 1520 × 230 × 9mm and includes a 0.5mm heavy-commercial wear layer, embossed texture, satin surface finish and built-in underlay. The click-lock profile is designed for floating-floor installation, helping create an efficient and consistent flooring finish.

A key advantage of this range is that it is confirmed as suitable for a silicone perimeter finish. Where the site conditions, subfloor level, expansion requirements and installation layout are suitable, the flooring may be finished neatly around the walls using flexible silicone instead of visible scotia. Traditional skirting-board or scotia finishes can also be used where preferred or required.

The range offers high water resistance, easy cleaning and a family-friendly, pet-friendly surface. Its wide 230mm boards create a contemporary appearance, while the available colours range from pale coastal tones to Australian Blackbutt and Spotted Gum-inspired designs.

Silicone perimeter finishing

This range has been confirmed as suitable for silicone perimeter finishing. This option can provide a cleaner and more modern appearance by reducing the need for visible scotia around suitable walls and cabinetry.

Silicone finishing remains subject to site inspection, correct expansion allowance, subfloor flatness, installation layout and the installer’s assessment. It may not be suitable for every doorway, cabinet junction, sliding door or perimeter condition.
